Honestly, this story is really engaging and animation/direction ain't bad for an Isekai adaptation. I'd be down for a season 2.

Yeah, the characters all have interesting twists to them, like Rose is the stereotypical cold badass woman commander, but she's also a caring healer and mother figure.
Usato seems like the standard self insert at first, however he eventually shows his spiteful side and constantly mouthes off to Rose on pure instinct, despite knowing she'll punish him.
Suzune is introduced as the prim and proper school council president, but is secretly a hardcore Otaku.
Kazuki is a bit uninteresting, but the fact that he's not overconfident and does get a relationship with the Princess is a very interesting subplot, he's very much the stereotypical isekai protagonist.

They probably will because why else talk about the stuff in this episode? The arc after next is my favorite from the LN.

Yeah. Somemore, i think the demon race should have more resilient and stamina than human. So she can take more hits and experience a longer period of "TRAINING" hours.

True that, I wonder if Rose is trying to have her also understand their side more so that when it comes to peace negotiation they'll be able to see that one of their own is fine after being taken care of. Then again they'll probably see it as conversion or some sort of mind control magic and they'll go ape shit to kill the humans. Who knows but I'm excited to see how this will play out.

Just capture them ALL and make them ALL join the Rose-Training Regimen ! Then of course it would obviously Plot-Twist into something where both the «Humans» and the «Demons» must work and co-operate together in order to deal with some «Alien» threat that could wipe out both of their species and even the planet itself with their DEW (Directed Energy Weaponries) or maybe this is supposed to be the other way around... (although there would obviously be even more plot-twists with extra-terrestrials as they'd most-certainly consist of more than one race/species and not all of them necessarily on friendly terms with even each other...)

yeah, tho demons would probably have better physique than most humans, even tho she relies on magic for protection she should have at least a bit of a better start than average teenager Usato who had no training or fighting in all his life. Still that's a big "if" cuz she relies on her magic lmao

Fair point, it wouldn't be surprising if demons are naturally tougher than humans, but I'd assume Rose would intentionally account for that.

I would like to see Usato training with her though, so she can have a moment of "Oh, he's a monster too".

I feel like after training with Rose this one should become the strongest demon in existence and overthrow the demon king to create peace :D

That's gonna be interesting to see what rose will do to her and what she will become.
